    Hi! I’m Johana, a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach and AFAA fitness coach with a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science with a Concentration in Sports Nutrition from Concordia University Chicago. I discovered my passion for nutrition and fitness at a young age while pursuing my own health goals. Eventually, I built healthy habits that have served me to this day.
